Our History


C&K Systems was founded in 1989 and we are celebrating our 25th year in business. C&K has grown to near 50 employees and provides a suite of omni-channel solutions from the industries top providers including: NCR Counterpoint.


Specialty retail covers a broad spectrum of retailers including thrift, apparel and footwear, lawn and garden, liquor, and gift to name a very few. Our staff is made up of seasoned professionals with hundreds of years combined experience in retail technology and operations.


Our ability to develop integrations to hundreds of applications and to customize and create applications to a unique industry is one of our key strengths as no two specialty retailers are exactly alike.


In 2001 C&K began its managed services initiative with its own infrastructure, today over 1500 users are hosted and managed at our Richmond NOC at PEAK 10, a tier one hosting facility. C&K has built its reputation by being an industry leading technology company offering highly sought after products, turnkey cloud services optimized for retail applications and delivered and supported by retail industry experts.


In 2011 C&K improved its help desk operations to meet our customers service needs by providing 24x7x365 coverage. C&K Systems is the premier specialty retail solutions provider in the Southeastern United States.
